1.  Millimeter wave rotational spectrum of the lower excited vibrational states of CH3CF2Cl

The millimeter rotational spectrum of CH3CF2CI has been investigated. The rotational, centrifugal distortion and quadrupole coupling parameters have been determined for the vibrational states with energies below 600 cm-1. Parameters of the ground and 111, 171, 181, 171181 and 111 states have been obtained for both chlorine isotopic species. In addition, the 1111, 182, 101, 161, 91 and 111181 vibrational states have been studied for CH3CF235C1 molecule. It was found the interaction between 101 and 161, and 91 and 111 181 couples. The transition frequencies calculated with the parameters obtained coincide with the measured ones within experimental uncertainties.

Results on the digital holographic interference microscope for 3-D imaging of native blood erythrocytes are presented. Blood samples of healthy people and patients with different pathologies were used. Three basic morphology kinds of blood erythrocytes were detected. A sphericity coefficient was used as quantitative characteristics of blood erythrocytes morphology. It is shown that, blood erythrocytes 3-D morphology is very important diagnostics characteristics in medical practice. The digital holographic interference microscope is an effective device for the purposes of medical diagnostics

On the basis of Weinstein rigorous solution to the problem of electromagnetic mode diffraction at an open-ended circular waveguide the characteristics of radiation from multimode waveguides excited by H11 dominant mode and. higher-order modes (E01, and H01) simultaneously are calculated and analyzed. The calculation of radiation from waveguide with dual- mode excitation is carried out in the whole observation space and in wide frequency bandwidth, taking into account the higher-order mode transformation and currents leaking on the external surface of a waveguide.

Considered the problem of electromagnetic energy absorption by double layer sphere, which the simplified model of human head protected by the helmet with the dipole antenna. This investigation is interesting due to control of energy absorption in sensible parts of human head tissues. The problem is solved by method analytical regularization, which reduces the problem to the system of linear equations of Fredholm second kind which provides guaranteed convergence. Basic absorption characteristics are obtained and comparison of protection effectiveness for different sizes helmets are made

The known results connected with Green function representation by elliptical theta-function are generalized. New representations of Green function for some widely used types of waveguides are obtained. Earlier, these Green functions are presented either in form of series with nonuniform convergence or in form of integrals containing Hancel functions, which are reduced to asymptotic expressions in far zone. The boundary problem solution uses the Kontorovich-Lebedev integral transform and a semi-inversion method. Analytical solutions are obtained for the cone with a lot of narrow slots and reactive impedance. Impedance and longitudinal slots effects on scattering field structure is studied

The conclusions are made about insufficient experimental substantiations of the competing hypotheses accepted in special relativity theory. Alternative definition of the Lorentz transformations and relativity mechanics equations have been specified.

Experimentally investigated small level operating power GaAs generators mm-range. Samples of diodes made in Problem laboratory of semiconductor engineering of the Karazin Kharkov National University. GaAs -Gunn diodes oscillators operated in continuous mode. The obtained experimentally operated powers made 10...30 mW, the useful microwave powers - 0,1...0,3 mW at an efficiency of 1...2 % over the range frequencies of 60...75 GHz. Probably further reduction consumed by diodes and oscillators of power up to hundreds and tens 10-3W

The results of the numerical simulation of the GaAs Gunn diode with electric field strengths, enough for development of the impact ionization in the moving high-field domains, are presented. The form of current oscillations and frequency spectrums is in good agreement with experimentally measured data. It is shown that the Gunn diode, operating under conditions of the impact ionization, may be used as a source of wide spectrum UHF-noise

The article is devoted to the potentialities of the method of radioacoustic sounding when monitoring the vertical structure of the wind in the atmosphere boundary layer (ABL). A review of methods for radioacoustic measurements of the horizontal wind velocity and direction is based on the developments of the authors and their experience in this field as well as on the world experience. It is emphasized that the radioacoustic method for sounding the wind in ABL is perspective, since for the RAS equipment, there are not characteristic neither high levels of the electromagnetic pollution of the environment like for radiolocation wind profilers - radars nor loss of the serviceability at ligh levels of the ambient acoustic noise like for acoustic wind profilers - sodars.

By using the approach that is based on applying the Kontorovich-lebedev integral transforms method and a semi-inversion method an excitation boundary problem for a cone with periodical longitudinal slots provided that cone placed at an impedance plane is investigated. It is showed that the problem under consideration is equivalent to solving a system of linear algebraic equations for Fourier coefficients of electromagnetic field components. Analytical solutions are obtained for a semi- transparent cone and special plane impedance. Impedance plane effects are studied

The decision of a task in view is carried out for and the fields appropriate to two subsystems on which the system of the equations of the Maxwell for environments is divided. The scattering amplitude error estimation problem for practically used MoM solutions in L2 function space for scattering from 2-D screens is addressed. To this end, a rigorous Galerkin solution in L2 to logarithmically singular and hypersingular EFIE is used as a reference solution for scattering amplitude error estimation by benchmarking. This one requires substantially lower computational efforts than using of the same MoM algorithm but with very high mesh density as a reference solution. To many, the approach helps to avoid unpredictable errors due to the ill-conditioning connected with high mesh density for any MoM solution to the EFIE in L2. Using the approach, the asymptotic decay rate of scattering amplitude error is investigated for some MoM algorithms widely used in practice

The electromagnetic properties of a finite periodic sequence of the thick grates of dielectric bars are investigated. The grates are identified with the homogeneous anisotropic layer of an appropriate thickness, in order to generalize, the layers which anisotropic properties of both permittivity and permeability are employed. The sequence scattering .coefficients are determined in analytical form using the circuit theory and the matrix functions techniques. Physical analysis of the frequency, angle and interference dependencies of the scattered field amplitude is carried out.

The Gaussian beam scattering on bounded periodical sequence of thick grates of dielectric bars are investigated. Identification of discrete structure with appropriate thickness homogeneous anisotropic layer was carried out for define sequence basic element transmission matrix. The sequence scattering coefficients were written down via Mougin polynomials. The effects of form distortion, beam splitting into several beams, side shift of beam axe were shown. Their correlation with scattering coefficients phase and module angle dependence of separate grates was established.

In this paper, the energy spectrum of electrons is investigated for the superlattice with continuous conduction band edge. The comparison with conventional superlattice has been realized. It is shown that in the investigated structure the energy spectrum has band structure which is caused by periodic position-dependent effective-mass. Moreover, position-dependent effective-mass leads to additional effective potential. The Bragg reflection for electrons in ballistic limit can be observed in the superlattice with continuous conduction band edge. It can be used for effective Bragg confinement of carriers. For the first time the investigations have been carried out for the case when the superlattice without band offsets has finite number of periods. The obtained results shed light on new applications of the investigated structures for THz frequency range

Double and threefold compounds of nitrides AIN/AIGaN resonance tunnel diodes using height of barriers are concedered. In the quantum well of diodes there are a plenty energy levels. Electron energy levels in quantum well with variable structure of interconnections AlGaN are determined. The current - voltage characteristics of resonance - tunnel diodes with number of levels in a quantum wall up to five has been calculated. The RTD can have up to five sites with negative differential conductance are demonstrated. The possible RTD oscillation efficiency on all sites of negative differential conductivity at difference barriers and quantum well's material are determined.

The impact ionisation in RSCA diodes is considered on the basis of nitrides InN, GaN, AIN. Possible overvoltage on diodes and possible efficiency of generation are analyzed. It is shown, that at development of a impact ionisation in RSCA diodes in correspondence with the diffusion theory the considered materials are perspective for RSCA diodes for operation in centimeter and millimeter wavebands (voltage over threshold 3 ... 5 at efficiency up to 11 ... 13 %)

In this work an impact ionization in LSA diodes on basis of GaN is considered. Analytical calculation of typical times of passing of a number of the physical processes determining properties of the oscillator, and limitings imposed by them on frequency properties of the diode is submitted. It is shown, that at developing impact ionization in LSA diodes, according to the diffusive theory, the considered compounds are perspective for manufacturing LSA diodes for work in sm and mm - ranges (electrical pressure over threshold 3 5 times, at an efficiency up to 11 13 %). The results of calculation of efficiency of oscillators on basis of GaN LSA diodes are given at their work in modes on a base frequency and at a harmonic generation.

Statistical method identification and localization of radar impulses buried in noise is addressed. To this end, the correlation coefficient between carrier samples measured in the extremal points and analogous set of points of received signal is proposed to implement. Such measurements for receiving signal need to be done at least by one tenth of the half period of the carrier. Because of very simple algorithm proposed, such measurements do not lead to heavy computational burden. To decrease identification and localization errors for given signal to noise ratio (SNR) one needs to increase the number of measurements points, and hence, the pulse width. To prevent this issue, one can increase the carrier frequency. In general, the method accuracy increases with the carrier frequency. The method proposed permits theoretically to identify with fidelity impulses buried in noise for SNR lower than -30 dB.

A new kind of ciphering based on stochastic representation of bits as series of samples is addressed. Stochastic comparison is used for bit identification. Security level is increased by adding noise samples to signal samples and mixing signal samples with noise samples within one signal packet. The signal packet length and distribution features of signal samples among noise samples in signal packets are unique for given communication line, as well as stochastic representation of bits (0s and 1s). Using of noise in signal packets leads to enormous large computation in decrypting process which is unrealistically to do regardless what computer system is used. More to the point, the unique features of communication line mentioned above can be changed for each message that prevents information leakage in the case of stealing these ones in any previous period. Oscillation efficiency of intervalley transfer electrons diodes on the basis of nitrides (InN, GaN, AlN) is considered. Electric fields at peak oscillation efficiency are determined. The results have been compared to results for GaAs. The account of floatable potential in connections InGaN improves their power characteristics in comparison with power characteristics of these connections without taking into account floatable potential, maximal efficiency In0.8 Ga 0.2N and In0.5Ga0.5N diodes to compare to InN diodes on 30 % is higher (22 % to compare to 16,43 %) but at more high tensions of an electric field. The maximal oscillation efficiency is observed at higher electric fields than GaAs ( from 250 V/sm for InN to 1000 kV/sm for AlN)

IThe article shows that the Lorentz transformations (LT) if they define as an object of mathematics, allow for different geometric and as a consequence, various kinematic interpretation. The problem about owen modes of the open reentrant resonator partially filled is theoretically solved by gyrotropic ferrite medium and existence magnon polatiton surface (PS) mods with tall concentration of a field on boundary line of the ferrite resonator is established. The impedance characteristics of the diodes are consider, which negative differential conductivity (NDC) is arise under cer-tain voltage, due to tunneling of electrons through the side faces of the diode, which can be used for generation, amplification and multiplication. Depending on the active and reactive components of impedance are determined of the diode with the tun-nel boundaries for the real parameters of the diodes. It is shown that the limiting frequency of the diode NDC is in the tera-hertz range and depends on its parameters.

The problem of growing of perfect bismuth-antimony monocrystals having of a uniform distribution of Sb atoms through the crystal by help floating-zone refining method is considered. The expression for temperature gradient in melt and temperature distribution for any melt point have been obtained. The monocrystals growing maximal velocity have been estimated. The growing velocity must be lower then 1 mm per hour was showed. It is velocity not lead to concentration overcooling and arising inhomogeneous dendrite structure. For solution with certain composition ( at = const) overcooling may be eliminated by either increasing of temperature gradient in liquid faze or decreasing growing velocity are showed.

A generalized model of the radiosignal scattering on the meteor trail is proposed. The model allows to take into account the process of formation and development of the meteor trail, and to calculate the scattered signal power change without sharing the meteor trails on underdense and overdense. As input parameters of the model used the physical parameters of the meteoroid - the mass and velocity, which determine the ionization of the plasma formation, as well as the location and orientation of the meteor trail. In the derivation of the analytical relations taken into account the presence of the plasma sheath surrounding the 'metal cylinder' and the collective interactions in the plasma. In the paper shown that the results of calculations are in good agreement with observations.

A comparison of the results of calculations of the transmision for Gaussian beams in hollow circular metal waveguide using geometrooptical procedures by Frost and Crenn with the results of experiments in the terahertz range is performed. The conditions of applicability of these methods to study the transmission characteristics of metallic waveguides of different lengths were found. It is shown that in this range the geometrooptical approach, proposed by Frost, provides satisfactory results only for short waveguides, the length of which corresponds to the condition of the near zone. The geometrooptical approach by Crenn is applicable to both short and for long waveguides.

The generation parameters of LC-contour excitation system are studied for electro-discharge excimer XeCl laser using a NeXeHCl mixture. A computation model is developed for finding the generation parameters. It has allowed us to calculate current, voltage and generation power oscillograms for all parameters of the electrical excitation system. The program of XeCl-laser modeling enables to calculate an electrons, atom and molecule concentrations, specific energy deposition in active medium also. By means of program Bolsig + calculation of rate coefficients of reactions with participation of electrons is executed. It is shown that generation of short radiation pulses (20 ns) and relatively long pulses (60 ns) is possible due to changing of LC- contour parameters. Energy of generation reaches a maximum at use of small values of peaking capacity, which are significantly smaller then value of storage capacity.
