1.  Millimeter wave rotational spectrum of the lower excited vibrational states of CH3CF2Cl

The millimeter rotational spectrum of CH3CF2CI has been investigated. The rotational, centrifugal distortion and quadrupole coupling parameters have been determined for the vibrational states with energies below 600 cm-1. Parameters of the ground and 111, 171, 181, 171181 and 111 states have been obtained for both chlorine isotopic species. In addition, the 1111, 182, 101, 161, 91 and 111181 vibrational states have been studied for CH3CF235C1 molecule. It was found the interaction between 101 and 161, and 91 and 111 181 couples. The transition frequencies calculated with the parameters obtained coincide with the measured ones within experimental uncertainties.

The electromagnetic properties of a finite periodic sequence of the thick grates of dielectric bars are investigated. The grates are identified with the homogeneous anisotropic layer of an appropriate thickness, in order to generalize, the layers which anisotropic properties of both permittivity and permeability are employed. The sequence scattering .coefficients are determined in analytical form using the circuit theory and the matrix functions techniques. Physical analysis of the frequency, angle and interference dependencies of the scattered field amplitude is carried out.

The Gaussian beam scattering on bounded periodical sequence of thick grates of dielectric bars are investigated. Identification of discrete structure with appropriate thickness homogeneous anisotropic layer was carried out for define sequence basic element transmission matrix. The sequence scattering coefficients were written down via Mougin polynomials. The effects of form distortion, beam splitting into several beams, side shift of beam axe were shown. Their correlation with scattering coefficients phase and module angle dependence of separate grates was established.

The Mode Basis Method construction for the rectangular waveguide with the dielectric insertion when one of the walls of the waveguide is removed to the infinity is considered. Spectrum division into the discrete (surface waves) and continuous parts is analyzed. The range of the continuous change of the spectrum parameter, the presence of the accumulation point and the finite numbers of the discrete modes is revealed. The formulae of the field expansion over the eigenmode of the structure are obtained.

In this work an impact ionization in LSA diodes on basis of GaN is considered. Analytical calculation of typical times of passing of a number of the physical processes determining properties of the oscillator, and limitings imposed by them on frequency properties of the diode is submitted. It is shown, that at developing impact ionization in LSA diodes, according to the diffusive theory, the considered compounds are perspective for manufacturing LSA diodes for work in sm and mm - ranges (electrical pressure over threshold 3 5 times, at an efficiency up to 11 13 %). The results of calculation of efficiency of oscillators on basis of GaN LSA diodes are given at their work in modes on a base frequency and at a harmonic generation.

Using an NMR technique the volume growth of the free ("bubble") air contained in water caused by low-intense electromagnetic waves is obtained. This change is caused by rectified diffusion of the dissolved air mass into bubbles. The increase in the free air may occure only under those conditions when there is no convection in the liquid, i. e. in the case of irradiating by means of low-intense waves.

The radiation pattern, directive gain and scattering coefficient of equivedistance linear array were calculated and their dependencies on the number of radiators and distances between them were analyzed. It is shown that for every number of radiators the optimal antenna length of L≈0,9(N-1), allowing to obtain the maximum of directive gain, occurs. For greater antenna length or increase in operating frequency, directive gain varies according to oscillating dependencies. The greater number of radiators occurs, the greater difference of maximums and minimums occurs. For small number of radiators (N≤8), the directivity characteristics of the array is higher, then for continuous antennas of the same electrical length. For N≥16, their characteristics coincide

The dependence of the measured apparent capacitance of selectively doped AlGaAs/GaAs heterostructures on the amplitude of the measuring ac voltage is calculated numerically. An expression that gives the measured apparent capacitance as a function of the true capacitance and the above amplitude is derived. Using this expression and the results of the above numerical calculation, it is shown that capacitancevoltage characteristics of selectively doped AlGaAs/GaAs heterostructures, which feature steeply dropping regions, may be measured at moderately small amplitudes of the measuring ac voltage (of the order of 100 mV) at the expense of taking measurements at two different amplitudes

Oscillation efficiency of intervalley transfer electrons diodes on the basis of nitrides (InN, GaN, AlN) is considered. Electric fields at peak oscillation efficiency are determined. The results have been compared to results for GaAs. The account of floatable potential in connections InGaN improves their power characteristics in comparison with power characteristics of these connections without taking into account floatable potential, maximal efficiency In0.8 Ga 0.2N and In0.5Ga0.5N diodes to compare to InN diodes on 30 % is higher (22 % to compare to 16,43 %) but at more high tensions of an electric field. The maximal oscillation efficiency is observed at higher electric fields than GaAs ( from 250 V/sm for InN to 1000 kV/sm for AlN)

In the present paper the algorithm of processing of the pulse signals reflected from plane-layered media is offered. It is supposed, that an effective thickness of layers less than spatial size of an impulse. This feature of a problem complicates use earlier proposed methods of signals time delay evaluating. HF signal focusing due to linear and nonlinear wave disturbances occurring during monostatic ionospheric sounding is discussed. A technique is developed for estimating signal amplitude variation due to focusing based on beating amplitude measurements during significant Doppler frequency shift events. The intercomparison of measured and modeled variations in beating amplitudes, the focusing index, and Doppler frequency shift show a qualitative agreement. The simultaneous analysis of variations in the beating amplitude and the Doppler frequency shift makes the interpretation of measurements more definite, e.g., it permits the isolation of large scale disturbances traveling at approximately 1 km/s

When a medium is irradiated by laser pulses, sound waves are excited in this medium, i.e., the well-known optical acoustical phenomenon occurs. To excite sound oscillations, the specific laser beam modulator is shown to be unnecessary. The role of the modulator can play the liquid itself, which is a random inhomogeneous medium. The real liquid contains suspended solids and gas bubbles of small dimensions (dust particles and the like) that move irregularly in space (fluctuations). As a result, the electromagnetic wave interference taking place in the liquid undergoes random changes. Consequently, the temperature field changes, and hence variations in the local pressure occurs (thermo-optical mechanism for exciting sound). The impedance characteristics of the diodes are consider, which negative differential conductivity (NDC) is arise under cer-tain voltage, due to tunneling of electrons through the side faces of the diode, which can be used for generation, amplification and multiplication. Depending on the active and reactive components of impedance are determined of the diode with the tun-nel boundaries for the real parameters of the diodes. It is shown that the limiting frequency of the diode NDC is in the tera-hertz range and depends on its parameters.
